Reheating a frozen brand image
M&M Food Market — the store your parents used to buy boxes of chicken breasts at — had modernized its name and products, but its brand still needed to catch up.
We cooked up the Prepared with Care platform. It was born out of the insight that M&M puts as much quality and care into their dishes as home cooks do. We later evolved the platform by adding a dash of irreverence. Along with their high-quality preparation, M&M products are loaded with impressive features. So we showcased their food the way Apple or Google would show off a new piece of tech, with a tantalizing parody.
Our TV and Web spots used stylized art direction, cheeky supers, and a sizzling soundtrack to catapult the M&M brand into the 21st century — and beyond.
